THE PROGRAM APPLICATION

Upon applying to The Program, you will agree to the terms as followed: 

• Your enrollment fee of $1000 is non-refundable & is due to start the process 
• Total fee for The Program is approximately $5500 
•  $1000 Application fee
•  $2500 or 3% Third Party Platform Fee/Commission whichever is greater
• $2000 to Heritage Real Estate Services Inc.
• OPTIONAL $1500 Project Management fee for Material Purchases; Organizing & Hiring of Contractor, Design; Full Project Management Responsibility. This is ideal for clients located outside of Northwest Indiana, Chicagoland area.
• You agree that you will work solely with our Realtor Broker Agent and not disclose the terms unless via referral & to keep the details of the program confidential throughout the process 
• You agree to Rental and Property Management Services with our Rental Division (First Month’s Rent Placement if applicable) 
• You will also use our Project Management and Cleaning Services for any needs unless outside of our scope and capability
• You will insure the home to protect your investment
• You will submit Earnest Money Payable to Listing Agent’s office 
• You agree to limited POA for authorizing Binika Henderson to set up listing documents to start the sale of the home, negotiation of offers ect.
• You will agree to Lender Terms if applicable
